Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, employing evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify students’ needs, arranging for more detailed evaluations as necessary.
  • Create and implement integrated care plans that connect students with necessary services, ensuring seamless collaboration among all stakeholders, including families and educational staff.
  • Offer a range of therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and recovery services tailored to the needs of students.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload, monitoring client progress and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with admission, ongoing care, and discharge criteria.
  • Prepare and submit timely documentation and reports to comply with organizational standards and funding requirements.
  • Participate in agency and school-based committees to enhance service delivery and improve mental health outcomes for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
