Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective students.

Conduct engaging and informative presentations and campus tours (in-person and via Zoom).

Follow up with prospective students, nurture leads, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Utilize a CRM system to track all student interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment status.

Work collaboratively with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine sales and communication skills.
