Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs accurately. Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and conditions of clients.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
