Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized psychotherapy services to stable, low-acuity adults, focusing on solutions-oriented approaches that drive positive outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional states through assessments that inform treatment decisions.
  • Develop and execute strategic treatment plans by utilizing effective evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Monitor clients’ progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive partnerships and outcomes.
  • Assist clients in honing coping skills and strategies aimed at achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position centers around supporting a diverse caseload within a school setting, focusing primarily on low-acuity adults, including parents and guardians of students. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Active licensure by the state board is mandatory; acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, and PsyD.
  • Applicants with provisional licenses or any history of disciplinary action should not apply.
