Position: Outpatient Therapist (LCSW / LPC) – 100% Remote – WI license required

Licensure: Active LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required (Minnesota licensure required in the future)

Compensation: Starting at $80,000/yr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week | Fully Remote – CST (U.S. Only)
Must be able to work an extended day on Wednesdays until 8:00 PM (time may be flexed within the week)

We’re currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to provide virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy for patients ages 13+, primarily serving adult populations.
 

What You'll Do 
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

  • Facilitate structured group therapy sessions in a virtual IOP setting (60-minute group sessions)
  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans
  • Provide care for patients with diagnoses including OCD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including psychiatry, case management, and support staff
  • Document patient care and maintain appropriate clinical records

  • Setting: 100% Remote | Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)S
  • chedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week (CST) with required extended Wednesday hours
  • Appointments: 60-minute group sessions
  • Administrative Time: 120 minutes per day
  • Patient Population: Primarily adults (18+), must be comfortable treating ages 13+

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC
  • Active Wisconsin LCSW or LPC license required (Minnesota licensure required in future)
  • Availability for 40 hours per week in CST hours
  • Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred
  • Experience treating mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, and related conditions
  • Telehealth experience preferred
