Work Environment

This position operates within a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring a structured and supportive environment. Your typical workweek will comprise of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. While the role is primarily conducted remotely, you will occasionally participate in team meetings and case discussions to foster collaboration and enhance the delivery of services. The outpatient office environment ensures that you have access to administrative support and necessary resources to provide exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mood disorders, documenting symptoms’ duration, severity, and impact on daily functioning.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, systems therapy, transgenerational therapy, and communication therapy, to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care, ensuring that clients’ diverse needs are met.
  • Regularly monitor and review client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client status or goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems effectively.
