Your typical workweek will comprise of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mood disorders, documenting symptomsโ€™ duration, severity, and impact on daily functioning.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models, such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, systems therapy, transgenerational therapy, and communication therapy, to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care, ensuring that clientsโ€™ diverse needs are met.
  • Regularly monitor and review client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client status or goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems effectively.
