• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily support patients and families within the hospice care setting. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, providing the educational foundation necessary for effective clinical social work.
