Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments through teletherapy to evaluate the needs of children and adolescents, utilizing standardized tools and protocols.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that take into account developmental stages, cultural backgrounds, and family dynamics.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a wide array of mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT in Kansas.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly focusing on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
