• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients across different age groups, tackling issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger partnerships.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring effective and responsive care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress, upholding legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care, sharing insights and resources.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in marriage and family therapy, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Each session aims to address the unique challenges faced by these individuals, promoting emotional resilience and well-being. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of Kansas is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience in providing therapy to individuals and couples, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
• Proficiency in creating and managing treatment documentation, including assessments and progress notes, while utilizing electronic health record systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy is preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations, including children, families, or couples, will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of relevant therapeutic methodologies and best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy is an advantage.
