• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and personal goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques tailored to their unique situations.
• Methodically track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and medical professionals to streamline the treatment process.
• Stay informed of the latest research and clinical advancements related to mood disorders and addiction therapy.
• Ensure thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations and professional development meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
