As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lifeworks Mental Association Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health and addiction issues, developing personalized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective psychotherapy.
• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborating actively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop cohesive treatment strategies that promote client progress.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, leveraging collective expertise to enhance treatment delivery.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources that support recovery.
• Staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment to continually improve clinical outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on helping individuals in a detox center setting, addressing the unique challenges they face during recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. You will have the chance to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs and empower them on their recovery journey.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a remote or detox environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and evidence-based techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective treatment planning.

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation settings with clients dealing with substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services that can provide extended care to clients post-treatment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health tools that enhance client engagement and treatment accessibility.
