You will be working primarily with individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and range in age and experience with addiction. Many face co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their recovery journey, providing not only therapeutic interventions but also hope and encouragement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A valid professional license as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling methods and practices.
  • A thorough understanding of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Strong therapeutic, and counseling skills with a focus on client motivation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication abilities and adeptness in teamwork dynamics, particularly in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience
