• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning in collaboration with primary care providers.
• Provide brief and focused interventions to patients in need of immediate mental health support, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
• Advise the primary care team regarding patient referrals to specialty mental health services, ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.
• Develop and implement relapse prevention strategies for patients, fostering resilience and stability in their mental health journey.
• Monitor the progress of patients through regular follow-ups and necessary adjustments to treatment plans as indicated.
• Document patient interactions, progress, and treatment information accurately in clinical records to ensure comprehensive care management.
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on treatment plans that encompass both physical and mental health elements.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals, maintaining high professional standards in all patient interactions.

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a closely related field.
• Possession of a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

• A thorough understanding of psychotherapeutic techniques and the ability to apply them effectively within a clinical setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome you to our team.
