• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history as well as their mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Work in partnership with other team members to deliver integrated care, participating in case consultations and treatment planning meetings.
• Educate clients' families about addiction and recovery, promoting their involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records that comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.

You will primarily focus on working with individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role will involve supporting clients at various stages of their recovery journey, from initial assessment to long-term maintenance of sobriety. By employing a trauma-informed care approach, you will address the complexities of addiction and help clients rebuild their lives.

• A current and valid license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
• Specialized training or meaningful experience in addiction counseling and therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, specifically related to substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to foster motivation, growth, and resilience in clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

Experience working in a community health setting or substance abuse treatment facility will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly those utilized for telehealth services, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
