This position is remote, allowing flexibility while still connecting with clients needing essential support. You will have the tools and resources necessary to conduct assessments, provide counseling, and coordinate care. By integrating technology and clinical best practices, you’ll engage with patients in meaningful ways, ensuring their safety, privacy, and right to informed consent in all treatment processes.

• Conduct thorough intake and psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique situation and needs.
• Develop and present detailed treatment plans to the Clinical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) and treatment teams, soliciting input, recommendations, and necessary revisions.
• Participate actively in clinical case conferences to discuss cases, collaborate with other professionals, and continually enhance treatment strategies.
• Conduct educational lectures focusing on chemical dependency, empowering clients and families with knowledge to promote recovery.
• Offer individualized and group counseling services specifically tailored to clients struggling with addiction, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups as assigned, ensuring an inclusive approach to treatment.
• Provide comprehensive case management services, including resource identification and referral coordination to address each client's ongoing needs and barriers.

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals in need of detoxification and those struggling with substance use disorders. This role requires an understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and the socio-economic factors that can influence recovery. A compassionate approach paired with thorough assessment and intervention methodologies will directly impact client progress and their path to sobriety.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Current Licensure/Certification/Registration as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant supervised experience in addiction therapy within the five (5) years preceding the application is essential.

• Experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in addiction counseling, particularly those that address dual diagnosis.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
