Remote Addiction Counselor Jobs in Colorado (NOW HIRING)

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Hotchkiss, Colorado. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while still being part of a cohesive team dedicated to transformative substance abuse treatment. You will work closely with our outpatient office, which is equipped with resources and tools designed to facilitate effective therapy. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories related to substance abuse and mental health issues.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to coordinate integrated care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients’ families to enhance their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records as per regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with local and federal guidelines.

This role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including adults who are grappling with addiction and related mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, each requiring unique therapeutic approaches centered on empathy, dignity, and respect. As you work with these individuals, your contributions will directly influence their ability to overcome addiction and establish fulfilling, substance-free lives.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is necessary to engage effectively in this role.
• Specialized training and/or experience in addiction counseling, with a clear understanding of different modalities and treatment strategies.
• Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to motivate clients toward achieving their recovery goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster teamwork and client rapport.

• Experience in working with co-occurring disorders is highly preferred to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based practices relating to substance abuse treatment.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is advantageous and beneficial for understanding the unique dynamics of this environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
