Accountant Are you the type of accountant who enjoys digging into the details while keeping the bigger picture in focus? We're looking for a driven accounting professional to play a key role in supporting financial operations for a fast-paced construction business. This position offers a blend of accounting, project support, and business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership in their work. This role is fully remote!
Salary goes up to $80,000
What You'll Do as the Accountant
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Support month-end processes and account reconciliations.
  • Partner with project teams on billing, budget tracking, and revenue reporting.
  • Assist with payroll-related accounting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the accounting department.
What We're Looking For in the Accountant
  • 4+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Experience working through monthly close processes and preparing journal entries.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills - need to be able to perform manual functions
  • Construction or project-based accounting experience required!
