La Brigade de Buyer is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth across national retail, specialty retail, hospitality, and omnichannel accounts.
This role will focus on developing new business, growing existing accounts, managing key customer relationships, and expanding our presence with premium retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Develop and manage national and regional retail accounts 
  •  Identify and secure new business opportunities 
  •  Grow existing customer relationships and distribution 
  •  Negotiate pricing, programs, and annual business plans 
  •  Support independent sales representatives 
  •  Develop e-commerce and omnichannel opportunities 
  •  Partner with Marketing on promotions and product launches 
  •  Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends 
  •  Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events 
Qualifications

  •  5+ years of sales experience in premium consumer goods, housewares, cookware, or a related industry 
  •  Proven success developing national accounts 
  •  Experience with department stores, specialty retailers, gourmet retailers, or hospitality distributors 
  •  Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  •  Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce 
  •  Ability to travel regularly
