The Great Bliss Behavioral Health Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team of professionals. This full-time position is designed for licensed practitioners who are eager to provide essential mental health services to a diverse clientele through telehealth. You will be instrumental in assessing client needs, formulating treatment plans, and delivering both individual and group therapy aimed at promoting mental health and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to understand their mental health history, concerns, and goals. Utilize established psychological testing and evaluation tools as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on assessment findings and including evidence-based methodologies to address the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
  • Offer crisis intervention to clients in immediate need of support, ensuring their safety and providing resources when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and confidentiality agreements, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers, ensuring cohesive treatment across disciplines.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment methodologies, and community resources available to support their journey toward recovery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, including workshops and seminars related to mental health best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and behavioral issues. Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist with valid credentials such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.
  • Possess strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, demonstrated through previous experience.
  • Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting; familiarity with telehealth is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
