As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and presenting issues.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Delivering clinical interventions and therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual cases.
• Facilitating ongoing assessments of client progress, ensuring treatment plans remain relevant and effective.
• Engaging family members in the therapeutic process when appropriate, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.
• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and maintaining strict client confidentiality at all times.
• Documenting all clinical interactions in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various behavioral issues. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
• A minimum of three to four years of experience in the field of mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated experience in providing treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral concerns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• A passion for uplifting young women and equipping them with tools for personal growth and empowerment.

While not mandatory, experience in remote therapy settings or familiarity with digital mental health tools will be advantageous. Additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities may further enhance your candidacy.
