As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the behavioral and mental health needs of clients and developing personalized therapy plans in collaboration with them.
• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to foster client engagement and progress.
• Monitoring clients' progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients, helping them develop effective coping strategies and insights.

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. By understanding their unique needs, you will help empower clients to overcome their challenges and enhance their overall well-being.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license to practice independently without supervision, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD).
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic nature, capable of building rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with teletherapy platforms and software.

While not mandatory, experience in delivering virtual therapy and knowledge of contemporary psychotherapy practices will be advantageous. Familiarity with solution-focused therapies or evidence-based practices can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your working hours and availability.
