• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of the clients.
• Thoroughly assess clients' needs using both standardized assessments and client interviews to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Utilize an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Remain actively engaged with fellow team members through regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches to ensure comprehensive client care.

The clients we serve represent a wide range of backgrounds and present with diverse issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field is essential.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• A commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and a drive for excellence in therapy.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and presenting a range of psychological issues is advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using therapeutic tools and software for documentation and client management will be considered a plus.
• An understanding of local community resources and referral networks can greatly enhance the support we provide to our clients.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
