Northeastern Air Quality is seeking a diligent and professional Remote Call Centre Operator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and passionate about helping clients understand and improve their air quality. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the United States, offering an opportunity to contribute to a company focused on creating healthier environments.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and emails from new and existing clients in a professional and courteous manner.
* Providing detailed information about our air quality testing, assessment, and environmental consulting services.
* Scheduling and managing appointments for our team of technicians and consultants.
* Accurately recording client information, service requests, and communication logs in our CRM system.
