Strive Recovery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This fully remote, full-time position plays a key role in guiding individuals seeking treatment through the admissions process with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Shift: Saturday and Sunday hours may vary between 8am-12am/12 hour shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming inquiry calls from individuals and families seeking information about our programs and services

- Utilize our CRM to manage inquiries, track referrals, and document all interactions

- Complete verification of benefits (VOB) for prospective patients

- Discuss insurance benefits and financial requirements with patients and families

- Conduct pre-assessments and screen clients to determine eligibility for admission

- Recognize and assist in crisis situations, providing appropriate intervention and support

- Build rapport and trust with patients and families throughout the admissions journey

- Coordinate and schedule prospective patient screenings

- Maintain communication with referral sources regarding program access and bed availability

- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth intake

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all inquiries and admissions
