Job description

Overview We are an Award Winning Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join our growing team. The role is REMOTE, full-time position. We need someone with 4+ years of construction defect experience.

We are looking to hire ASAP. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Direct message the job poster from Ascendion.

Responsibilities Meet with clients to review case strategy Prepare pleadings, motions and briefs, and legal research for complex matters in Superior and appellate courts Argue motions in Superior Court and oral arguments in appellate courts Trial preparation includes review and analysis of all factual and legal issues relating to compensability, valuation, and constitutional matters Selection of witnesses and exhibits Preparation of written outline for examination of witnesses Qualifications 4+ years of construction defect experience 3+ years of construction litigation experience Must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, plus enjoy working in a team environment where self-starters excel Admitted to practice in the State of Florida Compensation The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
