Job Description We are seeking a motivated independent recruiter to source and place qualified CDL-A drivers. This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission‐only compensation based on successful placements.

Responsibilities Source and screen potential CDL‐A drivers through online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct phone screenings to assess driver qualifications, experience, and CDL status Guide qualified candidates through the referral and placement process Maintain accurate records of driver applications and placement status Build relationships with potential candidates to maximize placements Compensation Commission‐only based on successful driver placements.
