Job description

"A mind built for excellence. A spirit built for service."

ABOUT THE ROLE

Paul Davis Restoration of the Emerald Coast is seeking an experienced Restoration & Remodel Project Manager (RPM) to lead reconstruction and remodel projects for residential and commercial clients across our region. Our RPMs work alongside owners and sub-contractors following traumatic events such as fires and floods — as well as on planned remodel and renovation projects — to repair and improve properties while managing budgets and client expectations.

This is a field-forward role. You will spend significant time on-site ensuring projects are completed properly, to the client's vision, and to the highest industry standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead restoration and remodel projects from kickoff through completion

- Manage sub-contractors, vendors, and trade partners across all project phases

- Confirm budgets, allowances, and work orders before the start of each project

- Guide clients through material and finish selections on remodel scopes

- Communicate project status, timelines, and budget updates to homeowners and commercial clients

- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, referral sources, and trade partners

- Track project metrics and participate in bi-weekly GS&R reviews

- Participate in local community events as a representative of Paul Davis

WHAT WE OFFER

- Competitive base commission structure — current RPMs earn between $65,000 and $150,000 annually depending on production, with no cap on earning potential

- Company vehicle and gas reimbursement

- Cell phone and computer provided

- PTO and sick days with a flexible schedule

- Access to Paul Davis University and ongoing training opportunities

- One-on-one mentorship and ongoing leadership development

- Industry events and professional development support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in restoration, reconstruction, and/or remodel project management

- Background in large loss residential or commercial projects strongly preferred

- Ability to lead and develop a team across both insurance-driven and client-driven scopes

- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate client vision into actionable scopes

- Self-motivated with a drive to deliver results

- Professional written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

- Willingness to learn the Paul Davis process and systems
