Job description

Do you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and making sure every detail adds up correctly? Keystone Funding is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations. The Accounting Clerk supports daily AR/AP operations by processing mail, checks, deposits, vendor invoices, payment requests, and weekly financial reports in Loan Vision. The role also assists with warehouse postings and monthly bank reconciliations. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior bookkeeping or mortgage experience is helpful but not required. Training on Loan Vision will be provided. This is a full-time, in-person position located in our Dover, DE office. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $42,000 – $48,000 (based on experience) • Bonus: Performance-based, per company policy • Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k): With company match • PTO: Paid time off per company policy Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Deposits • Collect and sort mail; log and process incoming checks for AR tracking • Prepare and make bank deposits • Post deposits in Loan Vision once received and confirmed Accounts Payable & Vendor Management • Enter vendor invoices in Loan Vision, coded and staged for the weekly AP payment process • Obtain necessary approvals for invoices prior to each payment run • Organize and file vendor invoices and remittance documentation • Process check request - enter vendors and invoices in Loan Vision and cut checks as approved Reporting & Financial Support • Pull weekly funding and purchase reports from the Mortgage Director / LOS and post in Loan Vision • Post warehouse disbursements and settlements in Loan Vision • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations - pull statements, match transactions, and flag exceptions for review Qualifications: • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with a consistent work ethic • Experience working with title companies or settlement processes is a plus • Basic Excel skills - comfortable working with spreadsheets • Comfortable working in a numbers-driven environment • Able to work independently once trained • Prior bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience is a plus but not required; training on Loan Vision will be provided • Prior mortgage or financial services experience is a plus Compensation: $42,000 – $48,000 yearly
