SUMMARY

Understands overall project support requirements, including facilities, personnel, and safety. Assists with the coordination’s on-site project crew to ensure effective and economical success. Maintains logistical support sequences and time phasing.  Anticipates logistics problems related to operational areas and environmental human factors and recommends contingency requirements and solutions.    


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Staff Supervisory Practices

•    Able to establish and maintain a strong customer focused working relationship.

•    Strong analytical skills to improve and understand the range of project plans.

•    Able to read and interpret floor plans, and the ability to draw a basic set of as-built plans.

•    Demonstrated capability for resolving logistical, technical and crew issues.

•    Able to assess progress and make logistical changes to improve project success.

•    Able to execute project work plans based on schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, and ensure maximum efficiency.

•    Act as liaison with customer to maintain delivery schedules.

•    Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.

•    Minimize Company exposure and risk on project.

Commercial Relocation Crew Lead

•    Possess intricate knowledge of effectively running / managing a commercial relocation.

•    Act as Company liaison between customer and Company on job site.

•    Maintain cost effective and time sensitive move schedule to meet customer’s needs.

•    Effectively utilize crews, assigning specific tasks to ensure maximum efficiency.
