Box Truck Driver – Reflect Logistics Corporation


Reflect Logistics Corporation based in Anderson, IN, is looking for a reliable Box Truck Driver to join our growing fleet.


Responsibilities


Safely operate a box truck for local/regional freight deliveries

Load, secure, and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain accurate delivery logs, BOLs, and paperwork

Communicate with dispatch on route status and delays

Follow all DOT and company safety regulations


Requirements


Valid driver’s license (CDL not required unless specified — Class C or non-CDL depending on GVW)

Clean driving record

1+ years commercial driving experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle physical loading/unloading

Strong time management and communication skills

Must pass background check and drug screening
