THIS ROLE IS BASED IN GYPSUM, CO - RELOCATION OFFERED TO EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES

The Role:

PSI, Inc. is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Boiler Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your craft, want to work with a company that values you, and is ready to earn what you're worth, this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Perform comprehensive system evaluations and recommend solutions
  • Follow all safety standards and company procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Boiler experience required (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • EPA certification (NATE certification a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team

The pay for this position is $30/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
