Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in project management efforts within the fence industry. This position involves coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will work closely with sales reps, customers and other members of the DanDale team to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in project management in the fence industry is preferred.

Familiarity with project management software (Project Monday) is highly desirable.

Ability to read and interpret surveys effectively.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and communication with customers.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Process and track new fencing projects from intake through scheduling.

Review contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Draft and update site plans using provided tools and guidelines.

Coordinate permitting processes with local municipalities.

Obtain homeowner association (HOA) approvals as needed.

On site problem solving of installs if needed.

Maintain clear and frequent communication with customers regarding project status.

Keep detailed records and ensure project milestones are met on schedule.

In office Monday-Friday from 9-5 with phone availability outside of those hours if needed. Managing installs remotely on Saturdays when needed.
