Title: EPIC Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
Job Type: Contract

 
This is essentially a large-scale healthcare transformation and relocation program, where Epic expertise is mandatory and project management is the primary function.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience.
  • Proven Epic implementation, optimization, or migration experience.
  • Significant experience with:
    • Epic Beaker (for Lab PM role)
    • Epic Willow (for Pharmacy PM role)
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
  • Budget, resource, risk, and vendor management experience.
  • Executive stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong change management and operational readiness experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical and operational teams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Epic Certification (Beaker, Willow, or other Epic modules).
  • Experience with laboratory automation platforms and integrations.
  • Experience with healthcare infrastructure, networking, disaster recovery, and systems migrations.
  • Experience with healthcare facility relocations, consolidations, or activation projects.
