  • Monitor project progress, financial performance, productivity, and risk.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards.
  • Provide accurate reporting on project costs, labour, materials, schedules, and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and profitability.
  • Mentor and support Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
  • Complete project close-out, including final cost reporting and handover documentation.
About You
You'll be an experienced Electrical Project Manager with strong commercial construction knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, you'll bring:
  • 5–10 years of experience within commercial electrical construction.
  • Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects from inception through completion.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, contracts, and project delivery.
  • Experience managing project budgets, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of change order management, procurement, and subcontract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Highly Regarded
  • Experience delivering healthcare, data center, education, industrial, or high-rise projects.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, or similar construction management software.
  • OSHA safety certifications.
What's On Offer
  • $114,000 - $160,000 base salary (dependent on experience).
  • Performance-based incentive program starting at 2% of project sales, with the opportunity to increase up to 4% based on performance and key performance indicators.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Strong pipeline of commercial electrical projects across California.
  • Career progression into Senior Project Manager, Operations, or Executive leadership roles.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (where applicable).
  • Supportive leadership team with a strong focus on professional development and long-term career growth.
