Join a fast-paced moving and relocation organisation delivering complex commercial relocations across the Dallas market. This role manages office & industrial (O&I) moves from planning through final delivery, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to client operations. Ideal for an experienced relocation professional with strong operational coordination and client management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of commercial office and industrial relocation projects
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess scope, access logistics, and relocation requirements
  • Develop detailed move plans, timelines, and operational schedules for complex office relocations
  • Coordinate move crews, drivers, and third-party vendors during relocation projects
  • Oversee packing, labeling systems, asset tracking, and inventory control during moves
  • Liaise with client stakeholders including facilities managers and corporate relocation teams
  • Manage elevator bookings, building access, and compliance with property management requirements
  • Ensure correct handling and transportation of office furniture, IT equipment, and sensitive assets
  • Monitor move-day operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and minimal operational disruption
  • Resolve on-site logistical challenges and adjust plans in real time during move execution
  • Track project costs, labour hours, and equipment usage against project budgets
  • Conduct post-move reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
