This position is responsible for motivating crews, maintaining contact with customer representatives, and seeking new opportunities to grow company.

- Plan work assignments, manpower, equipment, and material needs to maintain production schedules and customer expectations.
- Assist in estimating, scheduling, and identifying opportunities for additional work.

- Leadership experience preferred.
