This is a Cactus International position and is located in Saudi Arabia. 

Dammam SPC, 2nd Industrial City

JOB SUMMARY: Support daily plant operations with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and process performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

  • Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
  • Participate in troubleshooting operational issues on the shop floor
  • Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams
  • Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong academic foundation in areas relevant to the assigned department, such as operations, engineering principles, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work in a professional industrial environment.
