Job description

Job Title:Senior Program ManagerRole Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead transformational initiatives across our Sales and Revenue Technology landscape. This senior individual contributor role is accountable for shaping and delivering improvements across Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated enterprise systems, including MuleSoft and Workday, while maintaining strong execution discipline.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience analyzing end-to-end sales and revenue processes, benchmarking against best-in-class practices, and defining pragmatic roadmaps to close gaps over time. This role is suited for a hands-on leader who combines systems thinking, cross functional influence, and continuous learning; not a delivery only project manager.
Location Note: This position is located in Frisco, TX. You may be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to one of the office location and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

  • Lead complex, cross functional programs impacting the end-to-end sales and revenue lifecycle, centered on Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated platforms.
  • Partner with Sales, Order Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to evolve opportunity, contracting, order, and financial handoff processes.
  • Analyze current state processes and capabilities across people, process, and technology to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess existing processes against industry best in class standards and clearly document gaps, future state options, and recommended paths forward.
  • Define multiphase, practical roadmaps to move from current state to best in class over time, aligned with leadership priorities and investment horizons.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and AI enablement as part of long-term transformation planning.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, milestones, and success measures, and drive delivery through influence rather than authority.
  • Actively participate in execution by running and supporting backlog grooming, daily standups (DSUs), sprint planning, and cross functional working sessions.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across teams and systems, ensuring transparency and timely decision making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations, not just status reporting.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) leading complex programs, transformations, or operating model changes in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its role in supporting opportunity management and downstream revenue processes.
  • Experience working across multiple technologies and platforms (e.g., integration of platforms, ERP, financial systems), demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt beyond a single system.
  • Proven ability to analyze and redesign business processes, not just manage delivery of predefined requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to transformational initiatives involving automation, optimization, or emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Handson experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including facilitating grooming sessions and daily standups.
  • Strong systems thinking, executive communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, accountability, and ownership in ambiguous environments.
