  • Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • Analyze revenue, margins, backlog, and production metrics to assist executive decision-making.
  • Evaluate workflows across estimating, scheduling, dispatch, field operations, billing, and closeout.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean construction principles where appropriate.
  • Track key operational metrics.
  • Analyze production trends across foundations, garages, basements, sidewalks, driveways, patios, curbs, and other flatwork.
  • Assist operations in balancing crew capacity, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
  • Review estimating accuracy by comparing estimated versus actual project costs.
  • Identify recurring estimating variances and recommend pricing adjustments.
  • Support bid analysis for residential builders and developers.
  • Maintain historical production and cost databases used for estimating future work.
  • Create dashboards and KPI reports using Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy across ERP, accounting, estimating, scheduling, and project management systems.
  • Develop automated reporting to reduce manual processes.
  • Present business insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

Preferred

  • Experience in residential concrete construction or general contracting.
  • Knowledge of single-family and multi-family construction processes.
  • Understanding of concrete foundations, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, curb, and flatwork operations.
  • Experience with construction ERP, project management, or estimating software (BuilderTrend, or similar).
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
