Job Description:


Rational Requisite Pro, SQL, Clear quest 

Strong BA with life insurance with good communicate and attitude

Strong life insurance BA with knowledge / understanding of reinsurance

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), involved in various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing.

Must have Experience in Reinsurance business and expertise in Reinsurance processes and Industry practices. Understanding of other Insurance business processes viz.

Underwriting, accounting, policy service, Agency administration and Regulatory Authority compliance.

Thorough understanding of Life Insurance business - Traditional and New Generation products and all types of Annuity products.

Ability to do requirement Analysis, Gap analysis and Impact Analysis. Proven ability in Requirement gathering and documentation.

Good experience in writing business specifications / functional requirements / non-functional requirements of the system.

Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.

Must have working knowledge of SQL and able to write SQL queries.
