As Regional Director you will take full ownership of an entire region’s success. You will oversee multiple Canvass Directors and offices, develop strong leaders, launch new campaigns, and create a culture of excellence that drives sustainable, high-quality support for the world’s most important causes.

This is a senior field leadership role for someone ready to scale impact across markets and leave a lasting mark.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and support multiple Canvass Directors and offices across your region
  • Launch new teams, offices, and campaigns in priority markets
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and hold accountable exceptional leaders at every level
  • Drive fundraising results and ensure campaign objectives are consistently exceeded
  • Analyze performance data, set strategy, and lead continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with partners, clients, and local communities
  • Travel approximately 3 weeks out of every month to lead, train, and support teams in the field
