Are you an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader with a proven track record in family dining?


We're looking for a Director of Operations to lead a high-performing portfolio of restaurants.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the performance of 27 to 30 family dining restaurants across multiple states.
  • Coach and develop District Managers and General Managers.
  • Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.
  • Ensure execution of company standards and financial goals.
  • Build a culture focused on accountability, leadership development, and retention.
  • Travel regularly throughout your assigned markets.


What We're Looking For

  • Current or recent Director of Operations, Area Director, Regional Director, or equivalent multi unit leadership experience.
  • Required: Strong background with a family style or family dining restaurant brand.
  • Experience overseeing large multi unit restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated success improving sales, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Based in Colorado or willing to relocate. Candidates in Las Vegas will also be considered.
