Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services. This Clinic Director position includes direct patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist. You will balance administrative leadership with a clinical caseload in an outpatient setting.


Minimum Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado required at start.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy required.
  • Experience in clinical leadership, including recruiting, training, and staff development.
  • Experience using EMR systems; familiarity with Empower preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 1:1 patient care with scheduled 40-minute appointments and no double booking.
  • Strong communication and culture-building skills to support a high standard for clinic culture.
  • Ability to work days with a flexible schedule.
