The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and overall warehouse efficiency.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).
  • Receive, unload, label, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Optimize space utilization and ensure proper product storage.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous warehouse experience of at least 2 years required.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, databases, or warehouse software is a plus.
  • Understanding of modern warehouse practices and methods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 125 lbs with team lift).
  • Forklift certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Must be able to commute to Alpharetta, GA or relocate prior to starting.
