CoxHealth is seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologists to join a well-established, high-performing group in Springfield, Missouri. Opportunities are available in both inpatient and outpatient settings, within a collaborative team of 7 physicians and APP support.

Cox Medical Center South is a 706-bed Level 1 Trauma, STEMI and Stoke Center; a growing health system known for clinical excellence and commitment to patient-centered care.

Inpatient Opportunity:

  • 7-on / 7-off schedule for excellent work-life balance
  • Includes 2 nights per week and weekend call responsibilities during service week
  • Manage a broad range of acute GI cases in a high-acuity setting

Outpatient Opportunity:

  • Monday Friday schedule that includes 3 procedure days, 2 clinic days per week
  • High daily procedure volume
  • Call limited to approximately 4 nights per month
  • Practice located at the Martin Center, a modern, dedicated outpatient facility
