Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Process Technician located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.
12 hours shift
Nights Shift
Pay starting at $27.73-35.25/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As an Injection Molding Process Technician, you will be responsible for safely and effectively operating Injection Molding equipment to produce quality product.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
  • Provide troubleshooting support and guidance through level 2 line technicians - each running multiple processing and packaging equipment on a single line.
  • Assist in production start-ups.
  • Train lesser skilled technicians in both technical duties and good working practices.
  • Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans.

Ultimately, you will follow all company established rules and policies and adhere to all safety rules and regulations as well as perform general set-up, changeover, and shut-down tasks.

Requirements
We need you to have:
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience as a high-level operator /tech.
  • 5 years of experience of injection molding.
  • Must have experience or technical knowledge that demonstrates high-level mechanics.
  • Aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with maintenance, process engineering, and management.
  • Ability to train and develop lesser skilled technicians.

Icing on the cake:
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operations.
  • Skilled in high-cavitation tooling and decoupled molding
