Reliant Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, including strategies for crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines.
• Complete timely documentation that complies with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring quality of care and adherence to licensing requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to evaluate client progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Work in partnership with other professionals to create and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the center's quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison with local and state agencies as well as community partners to facilitate client access to additional resources and support.
• Foster open communication within the community to promote services offered by Reliant Health Center and establish new partnerships.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as conferences and training to enhance personal skills and agency representation.
• Embody and promote the mission and values of Reliant Health Center throughout all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

The clients we serve range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including emotional distress, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to provide culturally sensitive care that addresses the unique needs of each individual and to empower them towards recovery and independence.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports that meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Strong ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly.
• Capability to make independent decisions based on professional judgment and ethical guidelines.

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treatment of diverse populations.
• Knowledge of local community resources and agencies related to mental health services.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
