• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations, creating individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress through diligent tracking and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on best practices for therapy compliance, including the usage of assistive devices.
• Maintain professional development by participating in workshops, trainings, and other educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest treatment methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being of patients.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• The ability to physically demonstrate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse patient cases.

While we encourage all applicants, including new graduates, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting will be highly regarded. Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or home care settings is advantageous, as is proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities.
