Job description

Future CCA Principal or Administrator Opportunity

Are you a passionate and faithful leader with a heart for Christian education? Do you have the vision, experience, and dedication to guide a school community in both academic excellence and spiritual growth? If so, then we invite you to prayerfully consider joining our team as a Principal or Administrator role at Calvary Christian Academy, a Christ-centered learning community committed to developing students academically, spiritually, and socially.

As a Principal, you will serve as the spiritual and academic leader, ensuring that our mission—to provide a Christ-honoring, biblically-based education—is carried out in every classroom, program, and interaction. You will work closely with faculty, staff, students, and parents to cultivate an environment where students are challenged to grow in their faith and develop the skills necessary for lifelong success.

We seek candidates with strong leadership abilities, a passion for Christian education, and a deep commitment to integrating faith and learning. Your role will include overseeing curriculum development, supporting teachers in their professional growth, fostering a positive and engaging school culture, and ensuring that our school remains a place where Christ is at the center of all we do. Additionally, candidates will have operational and administrative leadership responsibilities, in addition to strategic planning, faculty development, and fostering relationships with the broader school community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in educational leadership, a solid understanding of best practices in instruction and student development, and a heart for mentoring and discipling both students and staff. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who leads with integrity, wisdom, and a servant’s heart—someone who models Christlike leadership.

If you are ready to lead with faith, inspire excellence, and shepherd the next generation, we would love to hear from you. Join us in our mission to equip students with knowledge, character, and a biblical worldview that will impact their lives and communities for Christ.

Qualifications:

  • A strong and personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • A passion for Christian education and discipleship
  • Experience in school administration or educational leadership
  • A degree in education, leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of curriculum, instruction, and student development
  • The ability to inspire and lead faculty, staff, students, and parents
  • Open to working at a future CCA satellite campus

We believe that the right leader will have an eternal impact on a student’s life and the future of Christian education. If this sounds like the calling God has placed on your heart, we encourage you to apply.

We look forward to seeing how God will use the next Principal of CCA to continue shaping the hearts and minds of CCA students for His glory.
