• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using relevant assessment tools and techniques to establish patient baselines and determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, involving them actively in goal-setting processes.
• Implement personalized treatment protocols, adjusting techniques based on patient progress and current best practices in the healthcare field.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, recognizing and documenting any significant changes in patients’ conditions that might necessitate alterations in treatment plans or further medical consultations.
• Oversee discharge planning, ensuring that patients receive necessary follow-up care and that all patient interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a productive work schedule, meeting performance expectations while aiding in marketing initiatives to promote our clinic in the community.
• Engage in departmental objectives and compliance with all governmental regulations and accreditation standards to elevate the service we provide.
• Pursue ongoing professional development actively, including taking on the role of clinical instructor for student interns seeking hands-on experience.
• Enhance patient experiences by contributing to initiatives that improve access to care while engaging with internal metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The Reliant Physical Therapy Clinic specializes in treating a diverse population of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating sports-related injuries. We cater to individuals of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric patients, ensuring our services are tailored to each unique case. • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid DPT license in the state of Florida to practice physical therapy.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers is necessary.
• While two years of prior experience is preferred, we welcome applications from recent graduates who demonstrate a passion for physical therapy.

Although we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates with specialized training in manual therapy, sports therapy, or rehabilitation technologies will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and a strong understanding of patient-centered care models will help in streamlining processes and enhancing patient interactions.
